- Nursing registration with the “Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency” (AHPRA) www.ahpra.gov.au Telephone from outside Australia call +61 3 8708 9001.
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am – 05:00pm (local time).
- A valid working visa. Enquiries can be forwarded to The Australian Department of Immigration and Citizenship www.immi.gov.au

Effective 01 July 2010 Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) have changed the English Language Requirements and certain applicants may still need to obtain a 7.0 in Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). http://www.ahpra.gov.au/News/Updated-FAQ-on-English-Language-Skills-Registration-Standard-for-Nurses-and-Midwives.aspx
