About the Opportunity

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a Clinical Nurse or a Registered Nurse with Aged Care leadership experience who values genuine connection and person-centred care. You’ll provide high-quality nursing care within a residential aged care home, demonstrating clinical expertise, leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You’ll work primarily AM shifts, earning between $53 and $57 per hour depending on experience. Working closely with residents, families and a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll ensure care aligns with professional standards and aged care quality requirements, while fostering a positive, respectful and home-like environment. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring staff, supporting quality initiatives and enhancing the overall resident experience.  
  
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Aged Care Clinical Nurse or Registered Nurse (with leadership experience) who meets the following requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-registration experience in aged care
  • Demonstrated understanding of ANCI National Competencies, Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses in Australia
  • Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring clinical and care staff
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
