First Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to step into Clinical Facilitation and support nursing students during their clinical placements across the Gold Coast.
Why make the move into clinical education? As a Clinical Facilitator, you’ll be more than a supervisor. You’ll be a mentor, role model and educator, helping students turn what they’ve learned in the classroom into confident, safe clinical practice.
About you
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Available to work casually and commit to block placements of up to 4 weeks
- Strong communication skills, and confidence guiding and assessing students
- Strong written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
