Our Clinical Facilitation Division is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to support the sourcing, onboarding, and engagement of Registered Nurses as Clinical Facilitators who play a vital role in supporting nursing students during their professional placements.
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity working 8-hour shifts across 5 days per week (2 days WFH) within a supportive and fast-paced team.
In this role, you will:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
- Assess candidate suitability for Clinical Facilitator positions
- Manage onboarding and compliance checks (AHPRA, police checks, vaccinations, etc.)
- Build relationships with nurses and healthcare professionals
- Respond to candidate enquiries
- Maintain recruitment systems and candidate records
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities
- Remains calm and organised under pressure
- Has previous recruitment or healthcare staffing experience (highly regarded)
- Has knowledge of healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors (advantageous)
- Is passionate about helping connect people with meaningful work
