What do you like most about FCC?

I enjoy working within such a great team. The staff at the call centre make me feel like part of the team rather then just a number to call.

Why did you want to be a nurse?

I wanted to be a nurse as I always enjoyed working with different people. I also love supporting patients while they are going through some overwhelming experiences, and do my best to give them reassurance and good care while they are in hospital.

What has been the highlight of working with FCC?

Last year I did a contract at Doomben Vaccination Centre which I really enjoyed as it felt like I was contributing to Australia’s response to the COVID pandemic. I like the opportunities we get through FCC and to work in different areas.

Would you recommend FCC to other nurses and why?

Yes, I always recommend FCC to other nurses when they enquire about agency work. I ensure them that FCC have great, supportive team, that I get good amount of work, and that the flexibility and work life balance is fantastic.
