At First Choice Care, we want to celebrate our amazing nurses! So, we will be announcing a nurse of the month, every month. This nurse will be kind, caring and compassionate and be reliable and dedicated to our nursing agency.

Congratulations Kim A. you have been nominated as our nurse of the month for March! Kim was nominated by the allocations team because she is a great agency nurse and works every week without an issue. She also gets requested a lot from our facilities which says a lot about her work ethic and great representation for FCC. Read more about Kim below:

What do you like most about FCC?

The flexibility to work when I want.

Why did you want to be a nurse?

I don't think I would want to be anything else. Nursing has always been what I do.

What has been the highlight of working with FCC?

The highlight of working for FCC has been how easy it is to pick up shifts and check rosters via the app. Also, I appreciate the text messages when there is a change to a shift.

Would you recommend FCC to other nurses and why?

I am happy with the services and support that the FCC team provides and that's what I tell the other nurses I meet when they ask me about working with FCC.
