Where do the candidates come from?
We source candidates from across Australia as well as Internationally. Our agency nurses are a vetted pool of qualified nurses and midwives who are ready to pick up Rural & Remote contracts. They are then vetted for each contract to ensure they match the requirements.
For permanent contracts, we seek healthcare workers locally and internationally. They are taken through our screening process and then vetted based on your requirements.
What minimum requirements do your candidates need to meet?
All of our nurses and midwives have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, as well as venepuncture and cannulation experience/competency.
As well as this we have minimum qualifications for Rural and Remote Nurses in specific specialties:
Emergency: ALS certificate, ETEK Triage
Aged Care: NDIS Clearance (QLD)
ICU: ALS certificate
Maternity: Recent birth suite experience
Remote Area Nurse: ALS, ETEK Triage, REC, MEC / PALS / Imminent Birth
