Please download the relevant timesheet that is appropriate to the area you are currently working in.
Electronic Timesheet Signing
From the 15th of June 2026, First Choice Care will be moving to electronic timesheets. This applies to our casual nursing shifts only, clinical facilitation placements do not require a timesheet. At the end of each shift, simply ask your authorised representative at the hospital or healthcare facility to review and sign your timesheet directly in the app.
