Nurse of the Month: May 2026

June 17, 2026

At First Choice Care, we’re proud to recognise the dedication, professionalism, and reliability of our nursing workforce. This month, we’re pleased to celebrate Paul T as our Nurse of the Month.

What Paul enjoys most about working with First Choice Care

For Paul, the most valued part of working with First Choice Care is the ongoing support and personal connection he experiences with the team: “The personal interaction with FCC. I am always looked after and booked into shifts. Everyone is so helpful.”

Paul’s feedback reflects the importance of a responsive and supportive agency experience, where nurses feel guided, valued, and consistently supported in securing shifts.

Advice that guides his nursing practice

One of the most meaningful pieces of advice Paul carries into his work is: “To always speak up and take a break when it is needed.”

It’s a simple but powerful reminder of the importance of advocating for yourself and prioritising wellbeing while delivering safe, high-quality care.

Would Paul recommend First Choice Care?

Yes—without hesitation. Paul highlights the reliability and accessibility of support when working with FCC: “Yes I would, because we are looked after. We are able to call anytime and speak to a person who are always very helpful.”

Celebrating Paul

We’re grateful for the professionalism and commitment Paul brings to every shift. His feedback is a great reflection of what we strive for at First Choice Care: supporting nurses so they feel confident, connected, and cared for in every aspect of their work.

Congratulations, Paul, on being our Nurse of the Month.
