What you will be doing
- Providing person-centred care and daily living support
- Building meaningful relationships with residents
- Accurately documenting care using digital tools
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
About you
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar – OR currently studying with placement hours underway
- Kind, empathetic and confident communicating with residents, families and colleagues
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn
- Own transport is preferred due to limited public transport in the area
Pay rates
$33.27 per hour + super + penalties (Certificate III qualified)
