We are currently seeking qualified Assistants in Nursing to work in Private and Public Hospitals located all around Sydney.
As an Assistant in Nursing (Acute Care) or Undergraduate Nurse, you’ll work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide safe, high-quality care across Sydney’s public and private hospitals. With a large client base, you’ll enjoy access to plenty of shifts — or choose block bookings and extended contracts in NSW Health facilities if you prefer a steady schedule.

Shift Day and Times: Monday to Sunday AM PM ND
Duties may include:
- Supporting patient care needs under the supervision of Registered Nurses
- Assisting with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily living tasks
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients
- Working collaboratively as part of the care team

You’re a caring and adaptable Assistant in Nursing or Undergraduate Nurse with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting patients. Whether you’re starting your nursing journey or already experienced in acute care, you’re committed to delivering safe and compassionate care.
To be successful, you will have:
For Assistants in Nursing (Acute Care):
- Certificate III Health Service Assistance (Acute Care)
- Confirmation of enrolment in a Bachelor of Nursing Degree (current semester)
- Completion of at least 2 clinical placements (at least 1 acute / hospital based)
- At least 12 months of study remaining before completion of degree
- University Student ID Card
- Work rights in Australia
- A Valid National Police Check
- Current NSW Employee Working with Children’s Check
- Up-to-date Vaccinations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality patient care
