Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Help with meal preparation and feeding when required
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare needs
- Maintain client records accurately and report any changes in condition
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Previous experience in Assistant in Nursing (at least 12 months)
- Current National Police Check
- Current Blue Card
- Current Basic Life Support or CPR certificate
- Immunisation History
- Proof of Australian Residency/Work rights in Australia
