Working within a person-centred care framework, you’ll assist with personal tasks, mobility, emotional support and daily routines, making a meaningful difference each shift.
Shift day and times: AM/PM/NS
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assist with other ADL’s
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Help with meals and feeding
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and basic health support
- Accurately document and report changes in resident condition

You’re a reliable and caring Personal Care Worker who’s ready to hit the ground running. You bring compassion, flexibility and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and a solid working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support with a minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience in an aged care or hospital setting.
- EN & RN Students – must have completed 2 placements in the last 12 months (1 aged care, 1 clinical).
- Current National Police Check
- Evidence of up-to-date immunisation history
- Current work rights in Australia
- First Aid training
- Current Basic Life Support certificate
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
