The Role: Provide nursing care for patients who are incarcerated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and observe patients with various health conditions.
- Wound Care Management
- Primary health care services
- Administer medications and monitor their effects.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- Work rights in Australia and current AHPRA Registration.
- Current Criminal Record Check (easily obtainable)
- Full immunization history.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering quality patient care, with resilience and stamina.
