Duties may include:
- Providing nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, CCU, or HDU settings
- Monitoring and assessing patients with unstable health conditions
- Administering medications, treatments, and life-support interventions
- Responding rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Supporting families through critical care situations

You’re a skilled and resilient ICU nurse with excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills. Calm under pressure, you thrive in high-stakes environments and are committed to delivering safe, compassionate care for patients and their families during critical moments.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience working as an Intensive Care Nurse in Australia (or equivalent healthcare system)
- Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 12 months) clinical experience (1,976 total hours)
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), Master of Nursing
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA certification
- Work rights in Australia
- A Valid National Police Check
- Current NSW Employee Working with Children’s Check
- Up-to-date Vaccinations
- Basic Life Support / Practical CPR Certification
- Advanced Life Support Certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality patient care
