As a casual Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when and where you work across our large client base of Sydney’s private and public hospitals. You’ll provide essential nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or illness, supporting their treatment, rehabilitation, and wellbeing.

Shift Day and Times:  Monday to Sunday AM PM ND

Duties may include:  
  • Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care in medical and surgical wards 
  • Administering medications and monitoring patient responses 
  • Supporting patients with daily care and rehabilitation needs 
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment 
  • Educating patients and families on care and recovery

About You: 
You’re an adaptable, patient-focused nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments. With strong clinical skills and excellent communication, you’re committed to delivering safe and compassionate care to patients across Sydney’s hospitals. 

To be successful, you will have:
  • Minimum 1 year of recent (within last 12 months) clinical experience (1,976 total hours)  
  • Bachelor of Nursing, Master of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted AHPRA certification
  • Work rights in Australia
  • A Valid National Police Check
  • Current NSW Employee Working with Children’s Check
  • Up-to-date Vaccinations
  • Basic Life Support / Practical CPR Certification
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
