At First Choice Care, we want to celebrate our amazing nurses! So, we will be announcing a nurse of the month, every month. This nurse will be kind, caring and compassionate and be reliable and dedicated to our nursing agency.

Congratulations Sijo J. you have been nominated as our final nurse of the month for 2022! Sijo is one of our go-to Aged Care registered nurses and works all week, every week. He never complains, always answers the phone and gets the work done. An agency's dream! Check out why Sijo recommends us:

What do you like most about FCC?

What I like most about First Choice Care, is the acceptance and reputation that First Choice Care Nursing Agency has in different facilities. As a First Choice Care registered nurse , I have been well-reputed wherever I go.

Why did you want to be a nurse?

Nursing has always been my passion, and it is a globally accepted profession.

What has been the highlight of working with FCC?

First Choice Care provides enough shifts for me based on my requirements and availability. They always have lots of shifts available that you can request and pick up. The innovative application that they have is great, where you can request shifts and update your availability. First Choice Care also provides their own education and training platform to improve and maintain nurses’ skills.

Would you recommend FCC to other nurses and why?

I would and do strongly recommend First Choice Care to other nurses. I recommend First Choice Care to nurses who I meet and chat with while working in different aged care facilities. It is my opinion that First Choice Care is the 'First Choice' like its name.
