At First Choice Care, we want to celebrate our amazing nurses! So, we will be announcing a nurse of the month, every month. This nurse will be kind, caring and compassionate and be reliable and dedicated to our nursing agency.


Congratulations Shannon R. you have been nominated as our first nurse of the month for 2023! Shannon is one of Rural and Remote Registered Nurses who has been consistently completing rural contracts at the same hospital since last March! Read what has been Shannon's highlight with us:

What do you like most about FCC?

Nothing is ever a problem, and the people are always friendly and helpful

Why did you want to be a nurse?

To make a positive contribution by caring for people.

What has been the highlight of working with FCC?

The new friends and life experiences I get to enjoy both personally and professionally.

Would you recommend FCC to other nurses and why?

Absolutely, it has been a great agency with no hassles and so easy for me when starting to venture into agency nursing.
