Download the APP
Getting started is easy. On your mobile phone, open your app store and search for “eHCA”, or visit ehca.com.au for download instructions.
Tap the app icon to launch it.
You will then need to register for access.
Register
To register for eHCA access, enter your email address (this is your Login ID when logging in) and your first and last name.
Note: If you need to register, navigate to the bottom and click Already Joined? Register
You need to enter a password of at least 6 characters with at least one numeric or special character. Enter the password again in the Confirm Password box. If the passwords match, your registration will be submitted.
Forgotten Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a temporary password by selecting the Forgotten Password? link.
Enter your Login ID here to reset your password. A new password will be sent to your email address, which you can then use in the login screen.
Select/Switch Agency
If you are working across First Choice Care and HCA, you can select the account you wish to access, as soon as you login by selecting Switch Agency from the Home screen or app menu (Navigation Drawer).
If First Choice Care is not available as a selectable option, please log out of the app and log back in to refresh and update the selection.
